At ULC, we have been supporting our own tooling and fixturing needs for over 100 years.  Our full service machine shop has a wide variety of machines – milling, turning, XY routing, EDM sinking, and more.  Some of our most common projects in our machine shop include coating fixtures, coating material crucibles, custom polishing carriers, and bell chucks.  United Lens is pleased to open some of our capacity to anyone who has machining needs.  We work with many different materials including aluminum, steel, and iron in a wide array of grades, fiberglass, copper, graphite, and others.  Let us know how we can better serve you.
